Hello Reader.
Last weekend, I pulled out my hat, mittens, and extra warm jacket for my morning walks with the girls. The trail feels quieter, and the air crisper, and the frost on the ground reminds me that snow is coming soon.
This outer shift is prompting me to linger in quiet mornings with my journal and a piece of Lapis (the November crystal ally). Goodness, this stone is chatty this month, prompting me to get curious, reflect, and listen closely.
