I am beyond excited to share that my podcast has a new name, a new look, and a fresh energy that reflects both my personal evolution and the changes I feel unfolding in our world.

This has been such a journey. When I began podcasting over 10 years ago (can you believe it has been that long?!), I had no idea how much it would grow and evolve along with me. The podcast has carried different names (How many do you remember? There have been 4.) and shapes, but at its heart, it has always been about one thing: creating space to listen to our inner wisdom and walk a soul-led path.
The Luminary Life is the next expression of that vision . . . a space to explore what it means to live brightly, courageously, and authentically, even in the midst of changing times.

I share the heart behind this new beginning, along with a conversation about what it truly means to live a luminary life.
We’ll explore:
- Why this shift was needed
- What a luminary life feels like (and why it’s different from chasing perfection)
