Hello Reader.
I recently had a dream where I was asked: What do you need? And what do you wish for?
When I answered the question, I replied, saying: I need bed sheets, and I wish for a bar of soap and a wash towel.
I wished for a bar of soap and a wash towel?! Really?!!
Apparently, in this dream, I didn't feel like these practical items fit the 'need' category. But, without hesitation, I was given all three of these items.
Later in that dream, the same person asked me again: What do you wish for?
I hesitated. I didn't know how to answer that question. I did not know how to separate a need from a wish.
When I woke up, I took a peek at a list of 'wishes' in my journal . . . They were nearly all as boring and practical as that bar of soap.
Insert head-to-hand moment 🤦♀️
I wondered when I forgot how to wish.
Now, there is definitely something beautiful about keeping things simple, and you can't get much simpler than a bar of soap, but wishing and dreaming are not about being practical; they are about expanding our perception of what is possible!
2025 is a year to Breathe Life into Possibility!
