Sometimes showing up is the win . . . not that we had a huge revelation, received the perfect answer, or suddenly figured everything out.
We simply created space listen and softened into that space.
I have been thinking about this a lot lately as I prepare to open the doors to the Crystal WisdomKeepers Circle.
Sacred practice is one of those things that can easily get pushed to the bottom of the list.
Life gets full. And the quiet practices that help us connect within are often the easiest to push off because the other things on our list feel more pressing.
The thing is . . . these are the very practices we need the most.

One of the things I have noticed is that when we slow down long enough to listen, we begin to see our experiences differently.
We begin to strengthen one of the most important relationships we will ever have . . . the relationship we have with ourselves.
Every time we listen within and honor what we hear, we build trust.
That trust helps us become more present in our day to day life.
It gives us the courage to make the changes we have been thinking about.
It helps us recognize what is genuinely nourishing and fulfilling.
It supports us in creating healthier boundaries around our time, energy, and attention
Sacred practice doesn't take away the complexity of life . . . but it does help us meet life with a more grounded and self-connected presence.

A place to keep showing up
One of the things I value so deeply about sacred community is that when we gather, we begin to recognize that many of the things moving through our individual lives are not ours alone.
We witness each other, hear the echoes and we begin to see the larger patterns.
The rhythm of gathering gives us a place to keep returning to the practices that matter.
This is part of the heart of The Crystal WisdomKeepers Circle.
A place to gather with the stones, the Earth, Spirit, and one another.
A place to listen.
A place to deepen trust.
And a place to keep showing up.
