Lately, I’ve been reflecting on what it means to return to the sacred.
Life can feel so noisy, fast, overwhelming, and demanding. It’s easy to move through our days tending the to-do list, staying informed, caring for others, and trying to keep up . . . only to realize that something essential feels a little farther away than we’d like.
And perhaps that is part of what many of us are feeling right now . . . something deeper than exhaustion or overwhelm . . . a deep longing for connection.
Sometimes what we call burnout is truly a hunger for the holy.
In this week’s episode of the Luminary Life Podcast, I’m leaning into that ache and exploring what it means to hear the soft call of the sacred . . . the quiet invitation to return to reverence, relationship, and what is most real.

On a more personal note, I’ve also been very busy in the jewelry studio, creating new pieces as I prepare to travel to Boston next week for the Inspired Life event.
I’m so excited to go.
This collection feels fresh and full of life. Each piece feels anchored in light and infused with the energy and medicine of the crystals and stones . . . ready to support us as we bring light to these changing times.
There’s something about creating in this way that feels deeply connected to the very message of this episode. It reminds me that sacred connection isn’t separate from our daily lives or our work. It can live in the making, the tending, the listening, and the devotion we bring to what we create.
