Happy Summer (to my friends in the northern hemisphere . . . and winter to those of you in the southern hemisphere).
I’ve been enjoying some extra garden time, nibbling on berries while watching the birds feast along with me, and considering how summer extends such a beautiful invitation to slow down and savor the sweetness of life.
This season calls us closer to the earth, closer to the present moment, and closer to what truly matters.

Chris and I are officially in our summer slowdown, enjoying time between home and the forest. (please check below for summer slowdown ship dates)
And, life has been tender too. Chris and I are navigating his post-surgery mend. He is doing remarkably well (big gratitude for the love and healing vibes you've been sending our way) . . . and this season reminds us that healing, much like gardening, asks for patience, presence, and a deep trust in what is unfolding.
