Hello Reader.
As we move toward the Sagittarius full moon on Sunday, I’ve found myself reflecting on the intentions I set six months ago, during the Sagittarius new moon in December.
They were expansive, heart-led, and deeply meaningful to me.
And as I look back now, I've been feeling like I haven’t really made the 'tangible progress' I imagined (Capricorn brain here . . . I am always looking for tangible progress . . . hehe).
There’s a bit of tenderness in that. A sadness, even. Not because those intentions no longer matter — they do — but because life has shifted and the path is unfolding differently than I expected.
Over the past couple of months, a few health issues have popped up for Chris, and it’s become clear that my energy needs to be focused differently right now.
That doesn’t mean the vision is gone or that the dream no longer matters.
It means the pathway is opening differently than I anticipated.
As I sit with everything I am feeling, sink into meditation, and listen closely, I am reminded that no path is ever truly direct. This full moon is inviting us to love up on the dreams in our hearts, to give them space to grow, and to trust the path as it unfolds in its sacred and holy way.
These reflections have become a doorway into this week’s episode of the Luminary Life Podcast.

Back in February, while I was in Arizona, I found myself deeply drawn to two crystals from Brazil.
One carried a mark often known as a lightning strike mark.
The other was a bent crystal — broken and self-healed in a new direction.
At the time, I only knew they had my attention. I didn’t yet know why.
Now, looking back, I can feel that they were already bringing medicine and showing up with messages I would need in the months ahead.
In this episode, I reflect on:
- the energy of a changed path
- the temptation to resist or over-control
- the wisdom of the lightning strike crystal and the bent / self-healed crystal
- how to listen for what the new direction is asking of you
- and how to stay rooted when the old plan no longer fits
At the heart of this conversation is one very human truth: Sometimes a vision is still true, even when life asks us to walk a different road for a while.
