Hello Reader.
After spending four full weeks in the forest, I’ve found myself reflecting on the ways many of us have felt or become disconnected from the magic of life . . .
From our inner wisdom.
From our natural sense of timing.
From our ability to see clearly, trust our vision, and move forward with confidence.
And at the very core, I keep coming back to the word trust.
So much has happened in the outer world over the past several years that has caused our sense of trust to feel fractured or uncertain.
And yet, perhaps this shift is inviting us into a new relationship with our sense of trust, to turn our trust inward and to cultivate a deeper sense of trust in our own wisdom and knowing.
This type of reconnection asks us to pull back from the busyness of life, to slow down, and to become available to the soft inner voice trying to get our attention.
One of the ways I have been doing this is to dive into creative projects . . . ones that feel a bit different or fresh. Last week, while my family was visiting, my mom and I painted a mural on our storage shed.
We had so much fun getting creative together . . . and we are really enjoying how it turned out.
🎧 New Episode: When Life Feels Flat
In this week’s episode of the Luminary Life Podcast, I’m sharing some of the reflections and messages that emerged after four weeks in the forest.
Copper and heart-shaped stones kept appearing on my walks, each one drawing my attention in a different way.
Copper has long carried the message of amplifying our light in the world. This summer, I feel it adding another invitation:
Come back into creative flow.
Not by pushing harder or repeating what has worked in the past, but by becoming willing to create differently.
For me, that has looked like painting murals at camp, working with color in new ways, and letting creativity move without needing to know where it will lead.
In the episode, we explore:
- rebuilding trust in your inner knowing
- slowing down enough to hear yourself again
- reconnecting with the magic of life
- the messages arriving through crystals, stones, and the Earth
- grounding your vision so it can take form
- allowing new creative practices to awaken something within you
I also invite you to consider where wisdom may be arriving from right now — through your own inner knowing, through the living Earth, and through the ancient intelligence held within the crystals and stones.

Create differently.
Go outside differently.
Listen differently.
Let yourself be surprised by what brings you back to life.
