Happy Winter Solstice.
On this long night, there’s a deep pause, a slow, patient inhale and exhale, inviting us to linger in the unknown and welcome the quiet return of light.
Winter brings a crystalline wink, a gentle hug, and yes, sometimes a frigid nudge, asking us to listen closely, choose consciously what to carry forward, and say yes to the rhythm we want for the year ahead.
Over this past week, as I’ve been creating the 2026 Crystal Forecast calendar, and I noticed something interesting . . .
- Six of the monthly stones for 2026 also showed up in 2025.
- And Clear Quartz, our ally for the year ahead, was one of the two allies for 2024.
In Sanctuary, we often talk about how repeating crystal allies can bookend a window of time, asking us to pay close attention. They tend to mark a deep period of growth, a cycle completing, or an initiation we only fully understand once we’ve walked through it with awareness.
Looking into 2026, it feels like the dreams and ideas that began stirring over the last couple of years are ready to be grounded. These “crystal windows” often line up with the moments when we finally feel ready to take inspired action on what we’ve been quietly holding.
